Team building project (must use powerpoint or keynote)

You will be given a team of celebrities below. ;

Come up with a project for the team of celebrities and find out how they can help you with your project. ;

You’ll also need to help these individuals work together as a group. If you are unfamiliar with any of your celebrities, search the Internet to gather as much information as you can about his or her personality and abilities. ;All of your celebrities must be given important roles in the development of your project. ;However, you may hire other talent as necessary. As always, your goal should be to develop a high performance team! ;

STEP 1: ;

Describe at least 3 strengths and 3 weaknesses for each celebrity.
Next, describe each celebrity’s personality type using the DiSC styles assessment. You might watch an interview of the celebrity to help you identify his or her DiSC traits. ;Please do not use Zodiac signs to describe their personalities.

STEP 2: ;

Give each celebrity a vital role in your project. Remember to focus on the strengths of the individuals and try to help each person avoid his or her weaknesses. Describe how you will use each celebrity in your project. How will you help them complete the mission? ;

STEP 3: ;

Design or select a team building activity you would use to help the group unite and focus on each person’s strengths. Think about how you can minimize the chance of conflict. Describe how you will motivate each person and the group. ;

As always, you may create your assignment using any method you like. You could create a video, a Keynote or PowerPoint presentation, or even an animation using goanimate.com. It’s up to you! ;
