Reflection Paper

For your final assignment, write a one-page paper that reflects on the most important things you learned in this course. Specifically:

• Explain your perspective on customer service now, compared to when the course first started.
• Identify at least two ideas or concepts that were very interesting to you, and explain why.
• Describe your own philosophy of customer service and how you will apply the principles of this course at your current or future job.
• Identify one company that provides excellent customer service and explain how that company reflects your own philosophy of customer service.
