organizational conflict

this is the assignment description : Exploring Experiences: Each student will select two weeks throughout the course to write a 3-5 page reflection on the class topic. For example, if the class topic is values and ethics in organization behaviors, students that chose this week would write no more than five pages on their personal experiences with ethics in their workplace/internship/professional affiliation. Students should incorporate at least 10 class concepts from the reading into this reflection. Concepts should be bolded in the reflection. ;

i chose this topic (organizational conflict).. you may use this book Shockley-Zalabak, P. (2012). Fundamentals of Organizational Communication: Knowledge, Sensitivity, Skills, Values. Boston: Allyn and Bacon..because the topic on it.. ;
