I need help in edit my final paper

I had my final paper done by one of the tutors here..i asked him to write about At&T crisis.but unfortunately he didn’t do what i want exactly i didn’t understand the paper and it has a lot of grammatical issues..can you customize the paper for me? i have downloaded two files.. the first file is the paper that i want you to edit and the second file is instructions of how you should write the paper.. waiting for your response.
