Hello Chris, I have a discussion questions I need to answer, just write a brief answers on each question or a brief paragraph on each, and this the questions:

1- If you were the supervisor of a team that was in conflict, how would you approach resolving conflicts based on each of the four primary variables that often divide employees?

2- Similarly, how would you structure your team building based on the principles that unite employees?
