Healthcare Needs of a Specific Minority Group

Purpose

Each of our communities is comprised of groups that we consider minorities. Name and describe the healthcare needs of a minority group in your community/city. Describe the characteristics of the group and opportunities you see for improving the health of the group. How can you use your enhanced communication skills to share your concerns with the “powers that be” in your community to improve their healthcare status?

As you can appreciate each of our communities is comprised of groups that we consider minorities. ;As you name and describe the healthcare needs of a minority group in your community/city describe the characteristics of the group and opportunities you see for improving the health of the group. ;How can you use your enhanced communication skills to share your concerns with the “powers that be” in your community to improve their healthcare status? ;I am sure each of your communities have strengths and challenges in this area.
