Provide a rationale to support your response. an organization that conduct manpower studies for US Government to determine ways of how to cut or increase personnel base on workload. I believe the organization as a whole would benefit from MS project if we used it for tracking all of the organization studies, most of the employer in the organization use MS project at some point during each study but if it was used the right way as a tool to track every study it would greatly enhance the time spend briefing the Director, If he had a question, he would be able to pull up MS Project that would be kept at the organizational level and see where any study that is being conducted is who is working on it or what phase it is in.
