• Create a flowchart to show the sales and marketing channels for one product or service in your company. Use branches to present auxiliary channels contributing to the major channels. You may create the flowchart using graphical software, or you may draw it on paper and submit a scanned copy.
• Provide a list of the most important key terms (at least ten) used in sales and marketing, along with short descriptions of each term in your own words.
