I need a plan powerpoint presentation for the following question. It should contain written portion on each slide or in a separate word document. The presentation should be about 4-5 minutes in length for the following question:

Herman Miller Inc. has a long standing set of values and a deep-rooted culture. ; Considering both areas, and looking forward, would you suggest these are healthy and largely supportive of good strategy execution? ; What has served them will in the past, and what will continue to serve them well in the future? ; Are there any adjustments in order?

It is appropriate and encouraged to incorporate information on the Company through their 2013 fiscal year year-end performance, in addressing the question. ;
