To be most productive in a law office today, each user of the office computer system must be trained in the features and procedures for that system.

Imagine you are a Paralegal writing to your boss, the Supervising Partner of the law firm. Write a memorandum of no more than two pages in length, detailing the necessary procedures and training for working with the IT Department. Discuss the training and any other important details for improving your computer competency and enabling yourself to most effectively complete your work assignments.

• Your response must be thought provoking, have well developed ideas and/or opinions, and should reference any supporting material from the text, lecture, or other sources you have used to complete the assignment.
